We're developing different projects with potential of transformation focused on nature preservation, professionalization and culture.

Gastronomy School
We're setting up a gastronomy school to train teenagers and adults to cook and increase their chances of filling the job demand in restaurants and hotels in the region.
Our classes will be for free and we're now raising resources to put this project working.
Nature Preservation
We're linked to biologists and a consulting company who are helping us to transform our land into an ecologically and financially sustainable area of preservation.
Music and Gatronomy Festival
How could music and gastronomy influence themselves. This is the idea of our Festival Raízes that will happen in 2018 for the first time in the city and intend to take music lessons to schools and estimulate the participation in our cooking school.
